The Federal State Unitary Enterprise ‘Neftekhimtrans’ was established in October 1991. We have over 19 years experience in the business which enables us to deal with any problem promptly and professionally.
FSUE ‘Neftekhimtrans’ operates in the field of freight forwarding by domestic rail, as well as the import/export of goods and the transportation of goods.
Direct contracts and long-term cooperation with railway administration and the leading organizations of the CIS, the Baltic States and numerous Eastern European countries allow our customers to transport cargo in the quickest possible time, at the lowest possible prices.
We have our own fleet of wagons: tank wagons suitable for various types of oversized goods (from light petroleum to sulphuric or nitric acid) which allow us to provide a wide range of rail freight services to the petrochemical and chemical industries.
FSUE ‘Neftekhimtrans’ has been organising and financing the development of new types of rolling stock since 1993. A considerable amount of work has been done regarding the creation and development of new production methods in the manufacturing of tank-cars in Russia. This has been done in order to ensure that these tanks comply with the most up-to-date requirements of the petrochemical and chemical industries.
One of the newest developments in FSUE Neftekhimtrans is the radical new design of the universal tank-car, model 15-1018, for the transportation of various types of liquid chemicals by rail, on 1520 and 1435 mm tracks . This model has become the basis for the development of wagons like ‘ The East-West’. In the future the main objective of this work is to provide domestic enterprises with the rolling stock for the transportation all kinds of cargoes .
In its 19 years of business FSUE ‘Neftekhimtrans’ has proven itself to be a reliable and trustworthy partner. FSUE ’Neftekhimtrans’ earned and maintained this reputation by responding to the individual needs and requests of customers and solving any problems that may have arisen with the help of their team of experts.
The Organization for Cooperation of Railways’s (OSJD) decision of to enter into a joint partnership with FSUE ‘Neftekhimtrans’ was further recognition of the company’s prestige at an international level.
In 1998 the company became a member of the Freight Forwarders Association of the Russian Federation (FAR) and in 1999 FSUE ‘Neftekhimtrans’ was joined to the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA). The company is also a member of the Russian Chemists Union and Rolling Stock Owners’ Association. FSUE ‘Neftekhimtrans’ has been a member of Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry and The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation since 2007 and a member of the Logistic Operator’s Guild of Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2008.
On the 20th of November 2008, as part of the III Ceremony of Public Recognition of ‘The Elite of the National Economy’, FSUE ‘Neftehimtrans’ was awarded the annual international prize for ‘Company of the Year’ 2008.
In 2009, as part of the VII Ceremony of Public Recognition of ‘The Elite of the National Economy", FSUE "Neftekhimtrans was awarded the annual international prize for "Best Company - 2009". FSUE "Neftekhimtrans was also awarded the honorary title of ‘Most Socially Responsible Company‘.
Today FSUE “Neftekhimtrans” is a dynamic, modern, and evolving enterprise. The company's employees regularly attend specialised seminars, and participate in Russian and international thematic exhibitions and conferences, all of which allow them to improve upon and develop their skills. The company is also working on ways of expanding the range of services currently on offer.
All of these things allow FSUE “Neftekhimtrans” to have confidence in the future and rise to the new challenges it will bring.
